I’ll be brief for once:

  • Aquarium Drunkard hosts a new tune from the forthcoming My Morning Jacket album and a terrific old live session by The National
  • Everybody Cares links to a news single from Tilly & The Wall – the world’s only indie band who use tap-dancing for percussion – and muses on a politically-minded new EP by cellist/singer Ben Sollee
  • Chromewaves discusses the shoegaze revisionists M83 and their new LP Saturday=Youth, which might well be one of my favourite records of the year.
  • You Ain’t No Picasso hosts a tune from the forthcoming album by My Brightest Diamond.
  • Good Weather For Airstrikes reviews the new Sebastien Tellier album and hosts some sample MP3s.
